The school day starts at 8.45am and finishes at 3.15pm.

Registration is from 8.50am -  8.55am.

Morning Playtimes

Children in Y1 - Y6 have playtime from 10.25 -10.40 Monday to Thursday.

Lunch

Children in Nursery have lunch at 11.15.

Reception children have lunch at 11.30.

KS1 and KS2 have lunch at 12pm.

Lunchtimes for all children ends at 1.00 pm

Drop-off and collection

At the beginning and end of the school day, parents are encouraged into the playground. Year 1-6 children will be asked to line up at 8.45am on the playground. The class teacher will bring the children into school. When there is very heavy rain, the door will be open from 8.30am and children are asked to go and sit in the school hall until 8.45am. They will be supervised by a class teacher.

Nursery and Reception children are to dropped off at the EYFS entrance.

Children need to be in school and ready for registration at 8.50am. Lessons begin at 9am. Anyone coming to school after this time will need to go to the front office.

If normal arrangements for collecting your child have altered (eg. you are delayed or another person is collecting your child) please let us know. This avoids any confusion or upset.

Please note: Only children in Year 3 ,4, 5 and 6 are permitted to walk home without an adult. School must have consent from parents before children are allowed to walk home alone. 

Getting to school

To get to and from school, walking is definitely the best option.  It's healthier than travelling by car. If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely and watch for any other children getting out of parked cars on the car park. 

Please do not park in the drop off zone beside the fence- this is for dropping children off ONLY and not a parking place.
